4. Orders and Payments

5. Custom Orders and Measurements

For custom orders, you acknowledge that:

• Accurate measurements are essential for proper fit
• You are responsible for providing correct measurements
• We offer measurement guides and virtual consultations
• Minor adjustments are included; major alterations may incur additional costs
• Custom garments are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless defective

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship within Canada and to select international destinations
• Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order value
• Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Additional duties, taxes, or fees may apply for international orders

7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1 Ready-to-Wear Items

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be in original condition with tags attached
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

7.2 Custom Items

• Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned
• Exceptions made only for defective items or our errors
• We will work with you to ensure proper fit before final delivery
• Quality issues will be addressed at no additional cost

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including designs, patterns, images, and text, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• Our original designs and patterns are proprietary to Raahi

• Customer-provided designs must not infringe on third-party rights

9. Quality and Satisfaction

We are committed to delivering high-quality garments. However:

• Natural variations in fabric and handwork are part of artisanal craftsmanship
• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting
• We will address legitimate quality concerns promptly
• Satisfaction is measured against industry standards for custom tailoring

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control
• Any claims must be made within 30 days of delivery
