We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Shipping costs vary by location:

  • Ontario & Quebec: $15.00
  • British Columbia & Alberta: $18.00
  • Manitoba & Saskatchewan: $20.00
  • Maritime Provinces (NS, NB, PE): $22.00
  • Newfoundland and Labrador: $25.00
  • Northern Territories (NT, NU, YT): $30.00

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations:

  • United States: Starting at $25.00
  • United Kingdom: Starting at $35.00
  • Australia: Starting at $40.00
  • Other destinations: Contact us for rates

Shipping Methods & Timelines

Ready-to-Wear Items

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days within Canada
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional $15.00)
  • International Standard: 7-14 business days
  • International Express: 3-7 business days (additional cost varies)

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Production Time: 2-4 weeks from order confirmation
  • Rush Orders: 1-2 weeks (50% surcharge, subject to availability)
  • Peak Season: Extended timelines during wedding season (May-September)
  • Shipping: Standard shipping times apply after production completion

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on qualifying orders:

  • Canada: Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD
  • United States: Free shipping on orders over $300 CAD
  • Other International: Free shipping on orders over $500 CAD

Our order processing timeline ensures quality and accuracy:

  • Order Confirmation: Within 2 hours of payment
  • Quality Check: All items inspected before shipping
  • Packaging: Carefully packaged in branded materials
  • Dispatch: Orders shipped within 1-2 business days (ready-to-wear)

  • All items are tissue-wrapped to prevent wrinkles

Delivery & Signature Requirements

Delivery requirements vary by order value and destination:

  • Standard Delivery: Left at address if recipient unavailable
  • High-Value Orders ($500+): Signature required
  • International Orders: Signature required, customs clearance needed
  • Delivery Attempts: 3 attempts before return to depot
  • Safe Drop: Available for trusted delivery locations

International Orders & Customs

Important information for international customers:

  • Duties & Taxes: Recipient responsible for all customs fees
  • Customs Delays: Processing times vary by destination country
  • Documentation: All required customs forms completed accurately
  • Restricted Items: Some materials may be restricted in certain countries
  • Value Declaration: Items declared at full retail value
