At Raahi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This return policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for both ready-to-wear and custom items.

Return Window

Return eligibility varies by product type:

  • Ready-to-Wear Items: 14 days from delivery date
  • Sale Items: 7 days from delivery date
  • Custom Items: Generally not returnable (see exceptions below)
  • Gift Items: 30 days from delivery date with gift receipt

Ready-to-Wear Returns

Eligible Items

Ready-to-wear items can be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items are in original condition with all tags attached
  • No signs of wear, alterations, or damage
  • Original packaging and accessories included
  • Returned within the specified time frame
  • Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items altered or modified after purchase
  • Undergarments and intimate apparel
  • Items with makeup, deodorant, or perfume stains
  • Items damaged by customer
  • Final sale items (marked as such)

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

General Policy

Custom and made-to-order items are generally final sale due to their personalized nature. However, we will accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • Our Error: Incorrect measurements, color, or design
  • Defective Items: Manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Significant Fit Issues: When measurements were provided correctly
  • Damaged in Transit: Items damaged during shipping

Resolution Process

For custom item issues, we offer the following solutions:

  • Alterations: Complimentary adjustments when possible
  • Remake: Complete remake at no charge for our errors
  • Partial Refund: For minor issues that cannot be corrected
  • Full Refund: For significant defects or errors

How to Return Items

  • Include RMA number on package
  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Use provided return label or approved carrier

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for ready-to-wear items in the following situations:

  • Size Exchange: Different size of the same item
  • Color Exchange: Different color of the same item (subject to availability)
  • Store Credit: Exchange for store credit if exact exchange unavailable

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability and must be of equal or lesser value. Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.

Refund Processing

Refund Timeline

  • Processing: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately upon processing

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Store credit option available for faster processing
  • Cash refunds only for cash purchases
  • Gift card refunds for gift card purchases

Return Shipping

Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • Our Error: We provide prepaid return label
  • Defective Items: We provide prepaid return label
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Wrong Size/Color: Customer pays return shipping

Return Shipping Costs

  • Within Canada: $15.00 deducted from refund
  • International: Actual shipping costs apply
  • Insurance Required: For orders over $200
  • Lost Returns: Customer responsible without tracking

International Returns

Special considerations for international customers:

  • Duties & Taxes: Not refunded by Raahi
  • Return Duties: May apply on return shipments
  • Extended Timeline: Allow 2-3 weeks for processing
  • Currency Fluctuation: Refunds processed at current exchange rates
  • Documentation: Customs forms required for returns

Gift Returns

  • Store Credit: Issued when original payment method unknown

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
